Overview

Heavy-duty sweeping and scrubbing in one pass.

The PowerBoss Nautilus is a heavy-duty industrial combination scrubber-sweeper designed to remove loose debris while scrubbing and recovering water in a single pass.

The standard Nautilus uses a removable debris hopper rather than the hydraulic high-dump system fitted to the Nautilus HD, making it a distinct configuration for operations that want the same integrated sweeping and scrubbing approach without high-level dumping.

Its 1,143 mm main cleaning path can be extended with optional side-brush equipment, while 397.4 L solution and recovery tanks, robust steel construction and Kubota petrol, LPG or diesel engines support long cleaning cycles in demanding industrial environments.

  • Standard Nautilus model — not Nautilus HD
  • 1,143 mm main cleaning path
  • Up to approx. 1,575 mm with sweeping side brush
  • Up to approx. 15,200 m²/h theoretical output
  • 397.4 L solution / 397.4 L recovery tanks
  • 59 L removable debris hopper
  • Kubota petrol, LPG or diesel engine options
  • 1,474 kg empty / 2,177 kg GVW

Features & Benefits

Sweep & Scrub in One Pass

Dual cylindrical brushes collect loose debris and scrub the floor simultaneously, reducing separate cleaning stages.

Standard Removable Hopper

The standard Nautilus uses a removable 59 L debris hopper for straightforward emptying; it does not use the hydraulic high-dump system fitted to the Nautilus HD.

Large 397-Litre Tanks

Matched solution and recovery tanks support extended cleaning cycles with fewer refill and dump interruptions.

Heavy-Duty Construction

Agricultural-grade E-coated steel frame, stainless-steel scrub deck and stainless-steel debris hopper support demanding industrial use.

High Brush Pressure

Up to 181.4 kg of brush down pressure supports aggressive cleaning of heavily soiled industrial floors.

Kubota Engine Options

1.5 L petrol, LPG and diesel engine configurations provide robust industrial power.

TGT Hot-Water Technology

Optional Thermal Green Technology uses engine heat to raise cleaning-water temperature and can improve cleaning performance while reducing chemical reliance in suitable applications.

One-Touch Operation

Principal cleaning functions can be started together for straightforward, repeatable operation.
