Kirbtech has expanded its field service capability across Central Queensland, adding vehicles, tooling and technicians to shorten response times for customers operating outside the major centres.
What has changed
- Additional fully equipped service vehicles
- Expanded on-board parts and consumables holding
- Additional technicians who know the equipment and the region
What it means for customers
The practical outcome is less waiting. More jobs can be scheduled within the window customers actually need, and a larger share can be finished without a return trip for parts. For operations where a machine being unavailable stops other work, that difference matters.
Tip: Ask about first-visit completion rates, not just response times — a fast visit that cannot finish the job is still two visits.
Same approach, more of it
Nothing changes about how we work. Our technicians still assess the equipment in front of them, explain what they have found in plain terms, and recommend what is practical rather than what is easiest to quote. There is simply more capacity to go around.
